Olivia recently earned her MFA degree in directing from American Film Institute. Her films, mainly exploring feminism and trauma from a poetic perspective, won Best Live action at BAFTA Student Awards and Grand Student Prize for DGA Award, Gold Screen for Cannes Young Directors Award, and is in official selection for Vancouver International Film Festival, LA Shorts and others. She is a member of China’s most prestigious FIRST International Film Festival Directing Lab. Her feature script The Reunion won Best Project at 2020 Shanghai International Film Festival SIFF NEXT Lab, and got into second round of Sundance Development Track. Meanwhile, Olivia has also directed for fashion brands and platform including Chanel and Nowness.
