Marc Webb is an American film and music video director. He directed over 100 music videos before he made his film directorial debut with 500 Days of Summer, a romantic comedy. He later directed The Amazing Spider-Man and its 2014 sequel starring Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. The box office under-performance of the second film resulted in Spider-Man: Homecoming. He also directed Gifted and The Only Living Boy in New York. He had two children from his wife Jane Herman.
