Tusk Director Duo
Tusk Creative

Tusk is the directing duo Kerry Furrh and Olivia Mitchell, known for their bold, art-directed visuals and nuanced character work. Their commercial clients include the NFL, Google, Sony, Truly, Bubly, and the Met Gala.

Their offbeat Liquid Death ad—Puritans, pitchforks, and a burning tallboy set to ’80s pop song “Fuck Whoever Started This Shit”—was named in Fast Company’s Top 5 Ads of 2023, Adweek’s 20 Best Ads, and Ad Age’s 40 Best. Tusk has also worked with Maybelline, Beats by Dre, and Essentia in music videos for Tate McRae and collaborated with musicians Alessia Cara, Brandy, Normani, and Camila Cabello. In 2024, Tusk was named one of Adweek’s Creative 100.

On the narrative side, Tusk’s short film Ripe! won Best Narrative Short at Tribeca 2024 and is in feature development. A queer coming-of-age story set in Spain, it captures the intensity of a first crush through lush, grainy visuals and music, with executive producer Kelley O’Hara.
