Salim Elarja is a Los Angeles–based Executive Producer working across commercials and music videos with a strong focus on craft, director authorship, and performance-driven storytelling. He collaborates closely with filmmakers whose work is defined by visual rigor, rhythm, and emotional precision, supporting projects that protect creative intent while delivering excellence.

He is currently an Executive Producer at Caviar, overseeing high-end productions for international brands and artists across the U.S. and Europe. Previously, Salim founded and led Couscous, an independent company dedicated to culturally grounded, filmmaker-led work across short-form and narrative.

His work has been recognized by 1.4 Awards, UK Music Video Awards, and Cannes Lions. His producing credits include War Pony, winner of the Caméra d’Or at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival. As a juror, Salim values originality, authorship, and craft.
