Born in Argentina, Pilar Muro began her career in radio and TV production after studying Communications. Her path soon led her into the world of advertising, where she spent several formative years at PH Landia, learning from some of the best. A move to London opened new chapters – first developing the music video department from scratch at Papaya Films, where she began discovering and championing emerging directors, and later stepping into the role of Global Head of Talent, working closely with brilliant creatives from around the world. Along the way, she has collaborated closely with directors as their work evolved, supporting projects as they took shape and helping creative ideas find their place through the production process.
