Margot Fitzpatrick is a highly experienced Agency Producer, the former Executive Producer Broadcast for Leo Burnett, Sydney & former Head of Onscreen BWM Dentsu. Margot now works freelance and spent six months of 2025 as acting Head of Film production at Special Group, Sydney.
Margot began with director Alex Proyas, producing for him worldwide through MEC. Moving to London, she produced for Directors in the UK and Los Angeles producing iconic spots for Nike, Budweiser for the Superbowl and Sony Playstation. Margot has been awarded at Cannes, D&AD, British Arrows, London International, New York Festival, the ANDYS, Spikes, Adfest & AWARD.
Under her tenure, BWM Dentsu produced “Project Revoice” winning the Cannes Grand Prix for Good, and Gold & Silver Lions. She also produced “Disease Dilemmas” for the Garvan Institute raising $19 million for the charity and receiving the Grand Prix (Pharma) at LIA.
Back in the day, Margot introduced “shots” to Australia & New Zealand – spearheading the magazine to become the benchmark in cutting-edge advertising. Sourcing the best work from the region, Margot championed Australian and Kiwi creativity on the world stage.
Margot enjoys life as a freelance Agency Producer with a strong focus on craft.
