Kirsty began her career at Glassworks, where she honed her craft on award-winning campaigns including Talk Talk’s Model Britain, directed by Daniel Kleinman, and collaborated with global brands such as Coca-Cola, Lexus, Samsung, and Vodafone. She went on to Absolute, progressing from Producer to Production Director, overseeing complex, high-profile projects with acclaimed directors including Baz Luhrmann, Max Fisher, Adam Berg, and Felix Brady.
