Kayt joined Cabin in 2021 to launch the company’s European outpost. As Managing Director, she has been integral in spearheading the all-female leadership team and bringing the company’s proven business model to the UK and European markets. Since expanding to Europe, Cabin has been named Ciclope’s, Kinsale Sharks, Creative Circle’s and Shots 2025 Editorial Company of the Year.

She has extensive industry experience across the agency side as well as production and post, and has worked on a number of award-winning international campaigns throughout her accomplished career. She brings a track record of driving business growth, deep industry knowledge of the creative production process from start to finish, a well-connected address book, and a collaborative can-do attitude. Her greatest joy is finding and developing young talent. Additionally, Kayt has served on various award juries ranging from D&AD to Ciclope and Shots.
