Jonas Roth
Creative Director
Soundvenue
Jonas has spent more than 15 years in advertising, working across three countries at some of the world’s most recognised and influential agencies. But he dislikes most advertising. An outlook he shares with the millions of people who installed an ad blocker.
Jonas has established himself as an innovative thinker and creative leader with the ability to tap into the cultural zeitgeist and create campaigns that resonate with audiences resulting in numerous awards, including two Grand Prix at Cannes Lions.
At Grey London, he made some of the most recognized campaigns in the history of the agency including Volvo ‘Life Paint’ and Tate ‘500 years of stories’. He made campaigns such as EA Fifa ‘El Tornado’ for Adam&EveDDB and ‘Complaints Welcome’ for Channel 4 before joining Uncommon Creative Studio.
Jonas helped grow Uncommon Creative Studio from a hand full of people in an empty London office hit by Covid, to multiple offices and hundreds of talented people. The fastest growing start-up of the decade, continuing to make famous work across brands locally and globally.
Jonas has been named Contagious Pioneers and CreativePool’s top 100 influencer, and is now creative director at Soundvenue where he collaborates with ambitious brands who not only want to win in a category, but in culture.
