Emily Rudge is Managing Director of Prettybird UK. With over 18 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Emily brings a wealth of knowledge, visionary leadership, and a passion for storytelling. She has a collaborative leadership style and excels at creating environments where creativity can thrive and talent and producers feel empowered.

Prior to joining Prettybird, Emily has worked across many disciplines; from theatre, music videos and art exhibitions; to scripted drama, factual entertainment and high-profile advertising campaigns. This has enabled an understanding of both the artistic and business sides of production. She has a passion for the arts and nurturing diverse and emerging talent, which she carries into every role.

With a strong track record in overseeing creative productions, Emily has collaborated with industry leaders such as Iconoclast, RadicalMedia, W&K, and Ogilvy. She has produced impactful work for renowned brands like Nike, Gucci, and Three, as well as for prestigious institutions including the Serpentine Galleries and Venice Biennale.
