Charlie Roberson is Head of Talent & EP at Rogue, where he represents top-flight creative talent and works closely with some of the industry’s most prestigious production teams to develop ambitious and original work. With a sharp eye for identifying gifted individuals and a genuine passion for nurturing creative voices, Charlie plays a key role in supporting both established and emerging talent.
Since the launch of REBEL, Charlie has helped broaden Rogue’s creative output, expanding into music videos and alternative creative talent. This evolution has strengthened his remit to engage with creative agencies and brands, further enhancing Rogue’s offering. Alongside more conventional work, Rogue’s continued ambition for nimble, production-led filmmaking—driven by standout talent—has kept the company at the forefront of filmmaking for nearly 30 years. Charlie has been instrumental in realising these ambitions since joining in 2020.
Prior to Rogue, Charlie represented directors at Stink, PrettyBird, and CMM, where he worked as a talent agent across Film and TV. With a background spanning production, music, and selling anything from fine wines to imported sneakers—representing directors at Rogue feels like a natural culmination of his experience.
