I began my career in 1994 as a researcher at Campaign magazine, where a chance meeting led me to The Mill and the world of post-production. By 1999, I became Managing Director at Complete Video at age 27, mentored by the legendary Andrew Christie. My journey continued through Golden Square Post and Crossroads Films before I joined Absolute Post in 2009, later moving to UNIT. In 2012, I founded Menagerie PR, offering freelance PR and representation inspired by the US model. I’ve since helped elevate numerous creative businesses and now also serve as Executive Producer at Leeds-based animation studio, Northforge.
