Molly Manners is a BAFTA winning director and writer known for her versatility in creating both dramatic and comedic content, focusing on performance direction and chemistry driven casting to portray human connection regardless of genre. Molly works across commercials, short films, branded content, and episodic projects.

Molly began her career at Channel 4’s in-house agency 4Creative, where she created award-winning TV promo campaigns, including “Funny Fortnight” and “Short Shorts.” Molly was lead director on the award winning Netflix series One Day based on the bestselling novel by David Nicholls and she won a Bafta for her direction on BBC’s In My Skin.

Molly has received accolades from D&AD, British Arrows, and Creative Circle, and she was named one of Campaign Magazine’s Future Creative Leaders. Molly’s debut feature film “Extra Geography” is premiering at Sundance in 2026.
