Fundacja Yes, Hero Mateusz Miszczyński
A film director with great sensitivity, empathy, and attention to detail. He stays close to the lead character and actor, using metaphors to build imaginative, magical worlds. A former scientist, he approaches projects with precision and understanding of client needs, delivering strong concepts and scripts. Mateusz won silver in directing at KTR 2024. He has directed music videos for Tricky, Hania Rani, Mioush, and Kukon. His video for Hania Rani’s Malasana earned numerous awards and nominations.
This project sets out to explore a simple truth with a wink: nobody’s perfect, not even those constantly trying to do good. Everyday people stumble, fumble, and sometimes just get it hilariously wrong – but they still have the power to be heroes. With the support of the YES Foundation, that potential turns into real impact across meaningful projects.
The production leaned into everyday situations anyone could relate to, finding humor in small missteps and quirks.
