Porsche, Cold Waves Krzysztof Kiziewicz
Krzysztof Kiziewicz was born the year after martial law was imposed in Poland, and became a filmmaker out of sheer passion. He is a 01010101011 digits graduate, breakdancer [WHSB], memeber of art therapy staff at Monar Babigoszcz, co-author of theatre plays, a vast number of films, videoclips and also an interactive installations designer.
Set on the Baltic Sea in the middle of winter, this film dives into the raw reality of cold water surfing. Icy waves, snow, wind and relentless athletes collide on the Hel Peninsula, a place where passion outweighs comfort. Shot in black and white, the film is about the adrenaline of the surfers in action and the stark beauty of the winter landscape.
