Valentin Savin and Katerina Lagoda are a Paris-based directing duo working across cinematic branded films and narrative projects. Their work is defined by a strong emphasis on atmosphere, visual poetry and emotional storytelling, often blurring the boundaries between advertising and short film.
Les Airelles Courchevel was conceived as a cinematic fairy-tale rather than a hotel commercial. The film treats the place as a living character, shaped by rituals, textures and winter magic.
Our intention was to create a sensory portrait of hospitality, where time slows down and cinema becomes a way of turning experience into memory.
