Jordan Hall is a New York City based writer and director. His path into filmmaking began washing dishes in a pizza place in Lowell, Massachusetts, where a chance encounter with a crew member from The Fighter pulled him into the grip union. Coming up through set work, he learned filmmaking from the ground up before leaving the truck for a camera.

Jordan moved to New York with a DSLR, documenting athletes and artists while developing a disciplined, performance driven approach to storytelling. His work has screened at film festivals and earned industry recognition for its emotional precision and textured visual language.

Drawn to stories of pursuit and pressure, Jordan’s films sit at the intersection of sport and art, favoring intimacy over spectacle. He continues to develop narrative work while directing projects that reflect the same grounded, cinematic sensibility.
