Zara LARSSON, CRUSH Grant James Thomas
Grant James-Thomas is a director based in Wales, following 15 years working in London. He began shooting at 16, selling his horse to buy his first camera before moving to London to pursue photography. His work is defined by ambitious, high-impact concepts and a willingness to push creative boundaries. Past projects have included hiring and piloting a plane to film a high heel being dropped from 3,000 ft with a camera attached, and shooting from the 80th floor of a Chinese skyscraper alongside Russian rooftoppers. He has recently added his first music video to his body of work, collaborating with pop star Zara Larsson. When he’s not directing, Grant lives on a farm and competes in showjumping.
