Director's Works
Tassia Holsbach, Sei Lá, Isadora Gabriela Scardini
I’m an independent filmmaker from a state in the central-western part of Brazil where access to culture is still scarce. I’m one of the few women from my region actively building a path in cinema and music videos — without representation, connections, or backing — only with a deep sense of purpose, love, and persistence.
Isadora is my second music video, and making it was both a bold act and a dream coming true. Shooting on film was an almost reckless decision, given the context, but it felt necessary — a gesture of belief in the power of images and memory. Creating a film in this music genre, which is far from commercial, was also a conscious choice to challenge norms and tell stories that rarely find space.
