Alongside his music video work, he has directed campaigns for brands including Nike, adidas, Zalando, Daily Paper, Wimbledon, VanMoof and Paris Saint-Germain, with a consistent focus on cultural relevance and craft-forward storytelling.
We kept talking about the ride as this kind of waking dream. Not fantasy, not sci-fi - just that slightly unreal calm you get once you’re in motion. We didn’t want to fake it, so we did it for real. We went to Tbilisi, Georgia, built a rig above the street, put a rider on it and let them float over actual cars and people. Doing it in camera mattered. It forced us to commit and kept the idea grounded to that initial feeling we were trying to create. With AI and heavy post becoming the norm, it felt good to do this the old school way.
VFX stayed minimal. Just enough to let the city breathe and move a little. The camera had to feel like the bike feels - smooth and weightless. We wanted the streets to stretch, corners to loosen and buildings to follow along. Sound and pacing did a lot of the work too, keeping everything steady and calm. All elements worked together to create this otherworldly feeling that still felt like the city dropping into your rhythm instead of the other way around.
