An emerging British comedy director, Florence began her career as a creative, working at Mother London and Wieden+Kennedy London before becoming a director. In 2025, Florence won Gold as New Director of the Year at Shots EMEA, Silver at the Young Director Awards in Cannes and was shortlisted at the Young Arrows for direction.
