Fabien Baron is an internationally renowned French art director, designer, and director. He is particularly recognized for his major influence in the world of fashion, advertising, and editorial design.After studying in Paris at the École des Arts Appliqués Duperré, he began his career by climbing the ranks of the fashion industry in New York in the 1980s. Fabien quickly established himself as a key figure in the field thanks to his innovative approach to graphic design and art direction. He is famous for revitalizing the visual identity of iconic magazines such as Italian Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Interview, breathing new life into their layout and graphic design.

Beyond his work in publishing, Fabien Baron also stands out for his collaborations with a multitude of luxury brands and designers, including Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, Giorgio Armani, Bottega Veneta, Dior, and Miu Miu, for whom he has designed striking advertising campaigns and created powerful visual identities. His ability to blend aesthetics and functionality in his creations makes him a cornerstone in the field of contemporary design.

In 2000, Fabien Baron was named «Honorary RDI» by the Royal Society of Arts. Over the course of his career, he has received more than fifty awards, including a special prize from the Council of Fashion Designers of America.

Set against a backdrop of abstract spaces and electric nights, Zara – The Color of the Night follows men as they move through choreographed moments of solitude, tension, and release.
Neon lights, mirrored surfaces, and shadow plays create a visual language inspired by Asian cinema classics such as the work of Wong Kar Wai.. Creatively directed and directed by Fabien Baron, one of the most sought after Creative Director of the last three decades hand in hand with his longtime collaborator Philippe Lesourd, who has also worked with Wong Kar Wai, this film, used only in Zara’s organic channels (as Zara does not buy media) captures Zara’s vision of masculine elegance after dark — bold, intimate, and free.
