Marina Satti, LOLA Fa & Fon
Fa & Fon are a London-based directing duo, who also happen to be identical twin sisters. Graduates of Central Saint Martins, they make work which transcends genre and culture; equal parts uber-stylish and refreshingly playful. Describing their style as ‘an electrifying blend of futurism and pop culture, deeply inspired by our Asian heritage’, the duo has applied their vision to campaigns for Converse, Nike, Fila, Google, Meta, and the BBC, and music videos for the likes of Jade Thirlwall, Tove Lo and Marina Satti.
Not only directors, Fa & Fon can also draw on their background in art direction, graphic design and photography to bring their unique world to stills and wider campaign rollout where required.
Did somebody say Lola? Directors Fa & Fon reunited with Marina Satti for the ‘LOLA’ music video. A sharp and stylised commentary on celebrity culture and female power, ‘LOLA’ is loud, layered and impossible to ignore.
