Blondshell, Event of a Fire Emile Moutaud
Emile Moutaud, a photographer and filmmaker based in Paris, nurtured his love for imagery since his teenage years through skateboarding. A graduate of ENS Louis-Lumière, he specialized in documentary photography and developed an interest in video production, crafting music videos for renowned artists like Eddy de Pretto and Martin Solveig.
Inspired by the photography of Chris Killip and the visual storytelling of directors like Jonas Lindstroem, Moutaud's artistic work is characterized by immersive storytelling and meticulous attention to visual composition.
Émile produced photo and video for French and international artists such as King Krule, Eddy de Pretto, Andrew Savage, Blick Bassy, Martin Solveig, Kneecap, Blondshell, and Tamino. Some of these collaborations quickly draw attention and earn him several international nominations (Shot Awards – Best New Director, UKMVA – Best Cinematography, Club des DA – Editing Award & Photography Award & Young Director Award – Best Music Video. His skateboarding photographs illustrate "Skate Obsession", Charles Ravinski's recently published book.
