This spot really hit close to home.
From the first read of this brilliant script by Mother NYC, I saw my own life reflected in it. The endless 24/7 work grind. The late nights. Missed vacations. Cancelled plans. Always chasing what’s next, at the cost of what’s already here.
Time has taught me that achievements fade fast. But love, family, purpose — that stays forever.
I love how the blackout becomes the pivotal point for the hero character. He doesn’t stop because he wants to — he stops because life makes him. Force Majure. And in that pause, everything real comes rushing back.
Family. Balance. Light. Even his next idea is born from play.
By the end, he’s still wrestling with that restless drive. And that’s ok. Growth is ongoing—one day at a time.
