Hypnotic Pickpocket” is an analog-inspired music video built around Rejjie Snow’s charisma, with Miso Extra as his surreal counterpart. Shot exclusively on the Sony DXC-3000, the film embraces the textures and imperfections of early video cameras to echo the look and energy of early-90s music culture. Rejjie moves through snorricam shots, underwater portraits, double-dolly movements and distorted reflections, shifting between humour, tension and confusion. A strange floating woman steals his retro phone, triggering a weird, dreamlike chase. The film celebrates analog craft, lo-fi surrealism and Rejjie Snow’s unique screen presence.
