The 1.4 Awards Long Short List

We promised this amazing line-up of commissioning editors and heads of tv, the 1.4 Awards Jury, that they would have between 100 and 150 films to judge. There was so much excellent work in the end that we gave them over 200 films to view. They loved what they saw. They discovered many directors and films that hadn’t been on their radar until now. Some films attracted wildly varying scores, while others were all in accord with each other and generally what we at 1.4 rate… that is simply brilliant short-form filmmaking.
