Bonkers

I was looking for dystopian locations, we ended up shooting in IJmuiden — a small deserted town in The Netherlands. S10 wanted a music video that resembled a short film. After some conversations we ended with a central concept. A poetic story about a girl that lets go of her boyfriend. We made some mock ups for the bag. It had to fit a human sized grown up man. We had some back up bags on set incase one would tear down. Next to that, the grave had to be prepped and because we didn’t have a lot of budget we had to go for manual labour. We had one guy digging the grave for 4 hours in the scorching sun. That was fun and weird.
