Born in Buenos Aires, Juan Saravia’s cinematic journey began at an early age. His formative years were spent amidst the enchanting backdrop of film sets, igniting an enduring passion for the world of filmmaking & art.
With an unwavering love for the art of creating, in 2015 Juan co-founded MAMA HUNGARA, a renowned boutique production company, which specializes in tailormade projects, overseeing every facet of development, production and post-production. Juan and his two partners lead this venture with a distinctive approach, driven by a new generation of audiovisual talents and marked by their fresh and cutting edge method of crafting content that resonates, from Argentina to the global stage. Mama Hungara’s directors have won international recognition and prestigious awards. Their works have premiered at prestigious events like the San Sebastián Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, Ciclope, and Berlin Commercial Awards. They also secured two Cannes Lions (Silver and Bronze), as well as awards from the Círculo de Creatividad Argentina Diente, Latin Grammys, Los Angeles Fashion Film Festival, and Paris Fashion Week.
