Flo started her career as a Runner and worked her way up in the advertising industry. She gained experience at various production companies such as Partizan and Bullion, and agencies like VML Y&R (fka RKCR Y&R) and Grey. She also worked at production companies within agencies such as Karmarama – Kream, Warner Music – Firepit, Adam and Eve – Cain & Abel, and Havas – Prose on Pixels. Throughout her career, she worked on various advertising projects, ranging from small to large budgets. Flo is passionate about discovering new talent and helping them start/build their commercial work portfolio. She is thrilled to be part of the 1.4 process.
