Kayode - Flow da Pele

Born in one of the largest favelas in São Paulo, rapper Kayode felt the consequences of having dark skin in Brazil. Kayode’s new music video “Flow da Pele” provokes a reflection on structural racism, police abuse and injustices committed against black and peripheral people. Through African sound and religious signs, Kayode seeks to exalt black pride and its achievements, rescuing ancestral values.
