Vibrant homage to disco, 'Beat Of Your Heart' takes place in a nightclub like no other, where we get inside our protagonists to access their fantasies. Everyone dances to the beat, in a state of trance. In this unique and magical place, the boundary between reality and imagination becomes blurred. The camera sinks in people’s hearts: we witness the deepest desires and illusions that drive our characters. Despite their differences, all their consciousnesses are linked by this electrical energy. Their spirits set free, then we are parachuted into marvelous worlds where desires and passions are stirred.

NDVD (Nicolas Davenel and Vanessa Dumont) is a creative duo with a multidisciplinary approach: film, photography, art direction, video installation, writing and staging. NDVD is the combination of complementary backgrounds with shared imagery. Together they already collaborated to produce contents for Nike, Adidas, Yves Saint- Laurent and Comme des Garçons. When they’re not working, Nicolas and Vanessa ride their bikes around the world to meet other passionates about mechanics. They’re currently working on a documentary, L’AMOUR MÉCANIQUE (produced by VIXENS, the feature film arm of PHANTASM) about the passion of nonstandard speed engines. Simultaneously, they’re working on the writing of their first feature film. Also, their short documentary THE JUMP was selected in Official Selection in Cannes - Competition L’oeil d’or - Short films selection.
