Dan Emmerson is a British director. Mixing formats, pioneering the use of archive footage, and mining inspiration from recent history, his work is a sophisticated, fluttering glance at youth subculture and British culture. In 2021, Dan directed ‘New Heights: London’ for Nike, which made history as the first branded entertainment TV series to run on Channel 4. This year, he directed ‘Ode to Dads’, a moving tribute to fathers for Prostate Cancer UK. Dan is currently based in London.
