With 15 years in senior business development and executive production roles before launching LE Collabs, Leonie has worked with some of London’s most influential production companies and talent, from established leaders like Blink at its peak as No.1 to emerging studios such as Spindle. This has given Leonie a deep, practical understanding of what it takes for creative businesses to scale and stand out and she has been trusted by companies to build strong reputations and own their space within their areas of expertise such as Private Island.

Leonie’s career also spans roles across production, advertising agencies, and television broadcast, giving her a true 360-degree perspective on the creative process and excellence.
