Raquel Elfassi founded the repping boutique Resource Los Angeles in 1998. By 2003, she had established Resource Paris, where she continued to work on advertising projects and cultivate fruitful new relationships with luxury brands. In 2012, she returned to Los Angeles with a beret on her head and a baguette in her pocket, determined to continue to help talent navigate commercial representation. She launched R&D Placement, a consulting company that focuses on recruiting directorial talent and helping commercial production companies grow.
