Ore has been Knucklehead’s Head of Music Videos and Content for the last two years, having previously worked at Pulse and Caviar.

As well as overseeing the work of Knucklehead’s veteran directors, Ore’s knack for spotting new talent has made him a strong ally to young recruits, as he helps them to develop and fortify their visual styles. His eye for potential isn’t restrained by medium or budget, and he’s also heavily involved with the production of short films and branded content. He sleeps when he can.

As well as all this, he somehow manages to find the time to do things like hang out with Benjamin Clementine while he’s jamming and have political debates with the receptionist and be a dad to a tiny child, and that’s why he fits in at Knucklehead.

When was the last time you felt truly alive and inspired, and what triggered it?
I recently found out about this 22 year old guy who had taught himself how to fix cameras, just by taking them apart and putting them back together when he worked in a second hand shop. Now he has people sending him cameras from all over the world. That's pretty cool.
