Martina Lülsdorf is a seasoned leader in the creative production industry with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently, she serves as Head of Talent at Markenfilm, Germany’s largest commercial film production company. Martina is deeply passionate about identifying and nurturing emerging directing talent and has been teaching Directing and Production at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg since 2020.
Martina began her career as an agent for actors, later working as a freelance art buyer and PR agent. She went on to found her own Berlin-based agency for photographers and production, where she honed her skills in creative management and production.
In 2008, Martina joined Stink, where she spent many years as Executive Producer and Managing Director of the Berlin office. During her tenure, she helped shape Stink into a globally recognized powerhouse, collaborating with top brands, agencies, and directors like Traktor, Felix Brady and Salomon Ligthelm on innovative and award-winning projects.
