Katie began her career at McCann-Erickson London where after a stint in New Business, she joined Account Management. From there Katie moved to JWT where after a few years of running some of the Agency’s largest accounts, she moved across to the Production Department.

Katie them moved to Rattling Stick, one of the UK’s most successful and creative commercial production companies where she remained as First Lady for 10 years working across many of the company’s most famous campaigns for brands such as the BBC, Chanel, Audi and The Guardian. During her time at Rattling Stick, the company won over 50 awards at Cannes including the coveted Grand Prix plus numerous others at the British Arrows, Creative Circle and D&AD.

Back Agency-side Katie has just completed a Consultancy Head of Production role at VMLY&R before starting at Havas with the exciting brief to champion the quality, creativity and production approach of all film-content.

Katie is a passionate ambassador of craft and an active force within the industry having served as a member of the APA Council for 4 years and is regularly invited onto Jury Panels – judging Film Craft in Cannes in 2019, British Arrows 2020, sponsor of the 1.4 Awards celebrating new talent, the Creative Circle Board 2016 – 2018, a founding partner of Adcan and was featured in the inaugural Pitch Fanzine, 100 Superwomen.

A mother of three, Katie is also a self-confessed yogi and the co-creator of a new, eco-friendly swimwear brand Poolside Gossip.
