Gijs Determeijer is one of four partners at 100% (fka 100% HALAL), an award-winning film production company and photography agency based in Amsterdam. As founder of the commercial & photo departments (2010), Gijs’ out of the box mindset has steered 100% from its infancy in the Netherlands to adulthood as an international player.

Dutch directors grown under his supervision include Emma Westenberg, Emmanuel Adjei, Paul Geusebroek, Sam de Jong, Mees Peijnenburg & Camille Boumans and he also introduced big-shot international directors like Vellas, Ryan Staake and Salomon Ligthelm to the Netherlands.

Driven by the spirit of collaboration, Gijs is devoted to exploring non-traditional paths within branded content, short-form and artistic collabs, and in this spirit he has overseen hundreds of productions for global brands, recently for Nike, FC Barcelona, Vinted, Bolt, Montblanc, World of Tanks, Gentle Monster, adidas, G-Star, and Greenpeace.

He has been on several juries including the Film Craft Jury in Cannes Lions in 2023, the ADCN Awards, the AICP, Ciclope, Immortal Awards, and he was the Chair for the YDA jury in 2021.
