Duncan Gaman is an executive producer with over 18 years of experience working on a wide range of highly crafted animation commercials, films, music videos, game trailers and immersive technology. He has worked with world renowned directors and creative talent creating films and moving images that tell stories. Duncan currently works at production company Partizan, responsible for leading Partizan Studio, which has a stellar roster of over 25 directors, to help drive the strategic growth and creative success of their films. He has contributed articles to Shots, D&AD, Made in Shoreditch, and has given talks at educational institutional institutions in the UK including UAL, NCL, UEL and LCC. Duncan was recently invited to be a judge at the D&AD Awards 2024, Motionographer ’23&24, Creative Circle ‘24, the British Arrows ‘23, Shots ’23 and on the Sharks Awards panel ‘22. At the end of 2020, he was approached by producer Andrew Castle and featured on several live broadcast interviews for BBC Business News on BBC One, World Service & Radio 4. Duncan is passionate about animation and its potential to communicate ideas, emotions, and messages in innovative and impactful ways. He’s a creative individual himself and is skilled at painting portraits.
