Dougal began his career at Propaganda Films. He continued at Independent Films where he worked his way through production leaving as a producer in 2010. Dougal then spent eight years working as a freelance producer on commercials, videos and content, as well as helping on a feature film.

Throughout his career he’s worked with a huge range of filmmakers, from those starting out on their first shoot, to feature film directors. He has shot on almost every continent in the process.

Dougal joined Mill+ as an executive producer in 2017, looking to enhance their unique offering. He has already worked on a number of high-profile projects for brands such as Nike, Bentley, Guinness and Lucozade, alongside key agencies such as AKQA, AMV and Grey. Dougal is working to bolster the existing Mill+ Live Action offering, whilst looking for new ways in which to challenge and develop the team.
